Can I include ground photography?

Request the $499 package for ground photography, aerial photos, and one aerial video up to 90 seconds. The $175 and $299 options remain aerial-only. We'll confirm the ground coverage you need before booking.

When will I receive the files?

Aerial real-estate photos are delivered in 24–48 hours. We'll confirm video and ground photography timing before booking.

Does the $499 package include an interior video?

No. The included video is one aerial video up to 90 seconds, not an interior or ground-level video. Ground photography coverage is confirmed before booking.

Can I request particular views or features?

Tell Jimmy which features matter to your listing and which areas should not be photographed. Coverage is agreed before booking; aerial views depend on site access, conditions and flight restrictions.

Is the photo count guaranteed?

No. The aerial package typically produces about 50–60 processed images, but the final count varies by property and shoot. This is not a guaranteed minimum. Ground photography coverage is confirmed separately before booking.

What about MLS requirements?

Share your MLS or listing platform and any file requirements so we can confirm the appropriate format for your listing.

Do you cover construction?

Yes. Request a construction aerial photography quote with your site location and the coverage you need. Construction is quoted separately from real-estate packages, with delivery timing agreed before booking.

Seller preparation checklist

Prepare only the coverage agreed for your shoot. This checklist does not add services to your package.

Before the appointment

  • Confirm the agreed areas, arrival arrangements and an authorized contact for access.
  • Explain which property features to prioritize and any areas that must not be photographed.
  • Let Jimmy know about access restrictions, hazards or changes to the property's readiness.
  • Keep private information out of anything that will appear in listing images.

Exterior and aerial coverage

  • Clear movable clutter from entrances, patios and agreed outdoor areas where practical.
  • Arrange vehicles and bins so they do not obscure important features, where safe and permitted.
  • Secure pets and keep people away from the designated flight and takeoff area. Let the pilot choose safe positions.
  • Do not climb, enter unsafe areas or move hazardous or heavy items for a shot. Report hazards instead.
  • The aerial plan depends on weather, airspace and safe site access. Do not request flights over people or into restricted areas.
If interior photography is included in your agreed scope
  • Tidy the agreed rooms and clear unnecessary items from visible surfaces.
  • Put away personal documents, medications, family photographs and other identifying items you do not want shown.
  • Clean visible surfaces and mirrors where practical. Move furniture only if it is safe.
  • Check that lights in the agreed rooms work, and mention lighting or access limitations.
  • Keep pets safely separated from the working area and coordinate authorized access.

If plans change

Contact Jimmy if readiness, access or weather changes affect the plan. Timing, rescheduling terms and extra coverage must be agreed; this checklist creates no new fee or service guarantee.

Keep lockbox codes, passwords and personal access details out of public listing captions and images.
